Solitamente siamo abituati a vedere situazioni in cui l’aggiornamento al nuovo OS viene presentato, poi viene lanciato sui nuovi prodotti e poi (forse) portato su quelli già in commercio.
Con Honeycomb potrebbe succedere tutt’altro.
Infatti eLocity è ufficialmente intenzionata a presentare la propria serie di tablet Honeycomb al CES di Las Vegas; questa linea comprenderà 7 device con display da 10″ che verranno rilasciati nel corso del 2011, con i pre-ordini che avranno inizio il 17 di gennaio.
I modelli saranno dall’A10.1 all’A10.7 e tutti monteranno Android Honeycomb OS con processore NVIDIA Tegra 2, a cui si aggiungerà un’ampia memoria interna, fotocamera frontale e uscita HDMI.
Inoltre, leggendo nel comunicato stampa che troverete in fondo all’articolo, si riscontra il fatto che il nuovo firmware viene chiamato Android 3.0 e non 2.4 come alcuni rumor dei mesi scorsi dicevano.
In conclusione possiamo affermare che si sta creando una situazione alquanto strana dato che questa serie di tablet verrà presentata il 6 di questo mese senza alcuna precedente presentazione dell’OS da parte di Google; anche per Motorola si parlava di un nuovo Tablet al CES, ma nessun annunciò ufficiale era stato fatto riguardante al supporto dell’OS 3.0…con eLocity si ha un comunicato ufficiale “scritto nero su bianco”.
Quindi cosa sta succedendo? Tutti possono fare quello che vogliono? O.O
